REFLECTION: this brief allowed me to have fun and experiment with different implied/2D textures and mediums that I would love to have been able to work with in real life if I were to further develop the concept. In retrospect I am very proud of the cohesiveness of the aesthetic and visual language that I formulated for the brochure, and I believe it hold up as a good visual interpretation/representation of Dodie Clark's album 'Build a Problem' (this belief has been verified by other Dodie fanatics). Although the design was made 2 dimensionally, all of the elements feel very intentional and authentic, and this is an invitation that -if it was real- I would be ecstatic to receive and would treasure forever.
